Hands-on Workshops for Your Event

Your attendees have heard enough about AI. Let them actually build with it.

Hands-on workshops where attendees bring their own business into the room, build something useful with AI, and leave knowing how to put it to work after the conference is over.

From executive leadership sessions to large-scale conferences, each workshop is tailored to the audience and designed for meaningful participation.

The Opportunity

AI sessions are everywhere. Useful ones are harder to find.

Most attendees have already heard what AI might be able to do. They want to connect it to the work sitting on their desks.

For an event organizer, the challenge is finding a session that engages people across industries and levels of experience, while giving them something concrete to take home.

That is why these workshops are built around doing. Attendees work with their own business information, ask questions, and build in the room.

Featured Interactive Workshop

Build Your Own AI Marketing Assistant

Build your own assistant and put it to work on real marketing challenges.

Attendees build a custom AI Marketing Assistant using information about their business, their customers, and how they communicate. Then they put it to work on real marketing challenges. The session also includes a live one-page website build, showing what is possible with the right business context.

What attendees bring

A laptop and a completed Marketing Brief, provided ahead of the workshop. The brief captures their business, customers, brand voice, and marketing goals so the session starts with relevant context.

Build Your Own AI Sales Assistant

Give your sales team a practical way to use AI throughout the sales process.

Attendees build an AI Sales Assistant grounded in what they sell, who they sell to, and how their team approaches customers. Then they use it to work through realistic sales situations, from preparing for a prospect conversation to drafting more relevant follow-ups and handling objections.

The focus is on work salespeople do every day: researching opportunities, preparing for meetings, improving outreach, and keeping deals moving. They leave with an assistant they can continue using and the confidence to refine it for their own sales process.

What attendees bring

A laptop and a completed Sales Brief, provided ahead of the workshop. The brief captures their customers, offer, sales approach, and common challenges so the session starts with relevant context.

Unretired Ambition

AI Can Simulate Experience. Wisdom Still Has to Be Earned.

You've spent decades building knowledge, solving problems, leading teams, and learning lessons that no textbook could teach. Now you're considering what comes next. Maybe it's starting a business, consulting, turning a lifelong interest into something more, or finally pursuing an idea you've been carrying around for years.

The experience is already yours. AI opens up new possibilities for what you can do with it.

Unretired Ambition is an engaging, hands-on introduction to AI designed for experienced professionals exploring their next chapter. Attendees learn the fundamentals of AI, discover practical ways to use tools like ChatGPT and Claude, and explore how AI can help them research opportunities, develop business ideas, create content, build plans, and tackle work they once thought required an entire team.

No technical background or previous AI experience is required. Participants work with their own interests, goals, and ideas, so the possibilities become personal and practical.

The goal is simple: help people see how decades of experience, combined with new technology, can open doors they may never have considered.

What attendees bring

A laptop and a completed brief, provided ahead of the workshop. The brief captures their experience, interests, and goals so the session starts with relevant context.

Your next chapter has a lot more possibilities than it used to.

A fit for professional associations, alumni groups, retirement-transition programs, and events serving experienced professionals.

Workshops Built for Participation

Real experience. Real work in the room.

Every workshop starts with the people in the room and what matters to them. Marketing and sales participants use their own business context to build AI assistants and practice with real work. Unretired Ambition participants explore how AI can support their experience, interests, and ideas for what comes next. Everyone gets hands-on time with AI and practical ways to keep using it afterward.

Executive experience in the room.

I've led teams across sales, marketing, and strategy, and spent the last seven years of my corporate career as VP of Global Alliances, structuring partnerships with companies from $10M startups to billion-dollar enterprises. My job was always to step back and see the full picture when others were too close to it.

When I saw what AI could do, I deconstructed it. I mapped where it strengthens executive judgment and where it falls short, then pressure-tested it against real decision scenarios. That is what I bring to your event: a practical way to give AI the context it needs so it works for your attendees' businesses. I teach every workshop myself.
